We at Claire Wallace Hairdressing, offer a great team of friendly, professional, mobile wedding hair and make-up artists, who are happy to travel to any location including country houses and hotels.Our aim is to ensure your day is an amazing and memorable experience.All of our hair and make-up artists are highly experienced and have worked along side industry leaders. They are all self employed and are fully qualified and insured.
It is the responsibility of the client when booking a hair or makeup artist and paying the 50% deposit to secure the wedding day appointment, that the trial appointment is booked immediately, ensuring that they remain outside the 10 week boundary, set out in the the terms and conditions.
This is a mandatory requirement to remain eligible for a full refund, should they have a trial and not be totally satisfied. In the event that the client is unable to make the trial appointment with the stylist outside the 10 week period, they should inform Claire Wallace Hairdressing immediately.
In the event that a client wants to book a wedding day appointment at short notice and the date is still available , providing a trial appointment is made immediately from the time the deposit is paid, the client is only eligible for a 50% refund if they are not totally satisfied.
At anytime a client is dissatisfied with the trial service and has paid a deposit to secure a wedding appointment the client reserves the right to cancel the booking if done within 48 hours, providing they abide by the terms and conditions. Please see terms and conditions.
Claire Wallace Hairdressing’s bridal service:
- All hair and make-up artists are available to do wedding hair and make-up trials at the clients convenience.
- Stylists will give clients the latest up to date advice on products and preparing your skin and hair prior to your wedding day.
- Examples of preferred hair and make-up products used: Wella, Toni & Guy, Loreal, Clynol, MAC, Christian Dior ,Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Benefit, Chanel, Jane Iredale mineral make-up, Jemma Kidd and many more.
- There is a wedding jewelry service on request, where by clients can have bespoke wedding jewelry specifically designed for them. This also includes wedding jewelry for bridesmaids or mothers of the bride.
- Clients will benefit from the knowledge that they can sit back and relax on their wedding day, whilst stylists work around their schedule and at their specific chosen venue. No rushing or stress!
- Stylists will fully consult with clients on the wedding day prior to the service being carried out using evidence they have created from the wedding trial.
- Any member of the wedding party can be catered for on the day including mother of the bride, bridesmaids, flower girls, or even the groom.
- Attention to detail will be given in the finishing touches and assisting the bride in the final preparation with her tiara and veil or flowers.
- The stylist may decide to reapply products for the bride before she leaves, to ensure the client keeps that “fresh feel”.
